Manaus (AM)- In September, Sesc Amazonas promotes another edition of the Ciclo Sesc sporting event. The activity will be held on September 18th in Manaus and on September 25th in the municipality of Itacoatiara.
Free registration will be open from this Friday (2) and must be carried out on the website: www.sesc-am.com.br.
To participate in the event and be entitled to the official Sesc Cycle shirt, simply fill out the registration form on the Sesc website and take, on the day of the event, two kilos of non-perishable food that will be delivered to the Mesa Brasil Sesc Program for families in situation of social vulnerability assisted by the organizations registered in the program.
The event, held by Sesc throughout the country, aims to promote quality of life through sports and recreational activities, in addition to the integration between the participants in this leisure and health meeting, as explained by the leisure coordinator of Sesc AM, Kilson Costa.
“Our last edition was in 2019 and now we want to return in a beautiful event commemorating the 76th anniversary of Sesc. The Sesc Cycle is an activity open to all audiences, including participants who want to go with other modalities such as skateboarding, rollerblading or scooters, will also be welcome. The important thing is to participate,” he explained.
In Manaus, the start for the tour will be in front of the Arena da Amazônia, at 17:00. The tour will go through the avenues Constantino Nery, Epaminondas, Rua Dez de Julho, avenues Getúlio Vargas, Leonardo Malcher, where participants will pass through the main historical points of downtown Manaus, and then return to the Arena da Amazônia, along Avenida Constantino Nery. .
At the end of the 10-kilometer course, participants will have a special closing program with a rhythm class, a skate park, extreme circuits and a raffle of gifts.
In the municipality of Itacoatiara, the tour will take place on the edge of the city, passing through the main streets and historical points. The start will be at 17:00, in front of the Casarão do Sesc, located at Rua Ministro Waldemar Pedrosa, Centro. More information about the Sesc Cycle can be obtained by calling (92) 98415-7864.
