AL Criminal Police Competition: new notice is requested; check out!

Attention, contestants! A new AL Criminal Police competition could be on the way! A request to hold the event was sent to the state Planning Secretariat (SEPLAG).

According to the document, the State Secretariat for Resocialization and Social Inclusion highlights that the first competition for Penitentiary Officer (currently Penal Police Officer) took place in 2006 and, of the 1,200 vacancies offered, only 925 were occupied, causing the institution to begin its activities with staff shortages.

The most recent competition was held in 2021, offering 300 higher-level vacancies for the position of Criminal Police Officer in Alagoas.

It is important to remember that, recently, the state governor, Paulo Dantas, announced the holding of a new competition, which will cover 10 different areas, including public safety. According to the head of the state Executive, studies to hold the event have already begun.

As mentioned, the most recent competition for the Alagoas Criminal Police had its notice published in 2021, offering 300 vacancies for the position of Criminal Police Officer. The organization was carried out by Cebraspe.

Candidates needed to prove their higher education level with training in any area of knowledge. Starting salaries were R$3,800.

Candidates were evaluated through the following steps:

Objective evidence, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, is the responsibility of Cebraspe;
Physical Aptitude Test (TAF), of an eliminatory nature, under the responsibility of SERIS/AL;
Medical assessment of physical and mental health conditions, of an eliminatory nature, under the responsibility of Cebraspe;
Documentary proof, of an eliminatory nature, which is the responsibility of SERIS/AL;
Social investigation, of an eliminatory nature, under the responsibility of SERIS/AL.
