Still according to the indicator, residents of Brasília have found space for negotiation. The data shows that the average discount for transactions made in April was 2.7% – 0.1 percentage point above that recorded in the same period last year (April 2023).

“Despite the reduction, it is crucial closely monitor the coming months to assess whether this trend continues or whether it is just a one-off adjustment. The real estate market is dynamic and susceptible to a variety of influences that can affect prices in the short and long term”, warns the platform’s data specialist, Pedro Capetti.
