State deputy Bim da Ambulância (Avante) went to Rio Grande do Sul, by helicopter, to try to help the victims of the floods that have hit the state in recent weeks. However, due to the weather conditions, he ended up needing rescue.

The parliamentarian shared the entire saga on social media and showed the strong winds that prevented his helicopter from advancing on Rio Grande do Sul terrain. “I stopped at a farm next to a road, it’s too windy, I’m going to wait for the weather to calm down a bit”, he reported.

“I stopped again, this time in a pasture. We faced this wind there. I literally fell from the sky”, he says at another point in the publications. “To save others, we first need to be alive. You could be the next victim,” she commented, about another part of the saga.

At another point, Bim da Ambulance was rescued by health agents from a post in Santo Antônio da Patrulha, in Rio Grande do Sul, and was then sheltered by a family who helped him along the way.

Finally, the deputy continued the saga in Rio Grande do Sul to help with the rescues this Thursday (9/5), when he delivered supplies to residents of cities in the interior of the state.
