The Project and Law, approved unanimously, provides for the inclusion of 20 Information Technology Analyst positions, 20 Administrative Analyst positions and 10 Ministerial Analyst positions. With the change, a new public competition should take place soon.
please note that the creation of positions is aligned with the guidelines of the Fiscal Responsibility Law (LRF), as the Court is operating below the limit established for personnel expenses. Therefore, the projection of costs associated with carrying out the public tender is within the established financial and budgetary parameters.
It is expected that studies will also be carried out on the possibility of creating new permanent positions to reinforce the technical staffconsidering the imminent retirement of a significant portion of employees.
