A group of businessmen from Rio Grande do Sul came together to build emergency houses ultra-cheap and quickly built to temporarily shelter those left homeless by the floods in Rio Grande do Sul.
To the houses They will cost just R$25,000, will be built by the communities themselves and will take just three days to build.

“The goal is not to create permanent housing, but to build homes as quickly and economically as possible, to provide temporary shelter for people who have lost everything. This way, they will be able to reorganize their lives and then return to larger homes”, he explains to West Gustavo Dal Pizzol, CEO from the fiber and one of the coordinators of the group of businesspeople involved in this initiative, called Front Group.
The housing unit is made of wood, is delivered with all electrical and hydraulic parts, as well as a sink, shower and toilet, and measures 21.6 m2 and can be doubled to combine two modules and accommodate larger families.
The producing company is from Paraná Mademapewhich is working at cost.
The group of businessmen, who preferred to keep the names of their members private, has already donated enough money to build 240 houses. The rate of construction of these homes will be 20 per day.

“The mobilization of entrepreneurs from Rio Grande do Sul was very important. In just a few days we were able to make eight helicopters available that are flying non-stop throughout the state to help with rescue operations”, says Gustavo.
According to the executive, it is possible to increase the production of houses to 60 units per day.
“We are working to find partners and influencers to publicize the project. We will be able to produce more houses”, says Gustavo.
