Secult integrates Agrotins 2024 programming with cultural actions

The Secretariat of Culture (Secult) participates, on the 14th and 18th of May, in the programming of the Agricultural Technology Fair (Agrotins 2024), an event coordinated by the Government of Tocantins, through the Secretariat of Agriculture and Livestock (Seagro), and recognized as the largest in the segment in the entire northern region of the country, bringing together several exhibitors and attracting an audience from different parts of the country.

With a themed stand and integrating the Development Pavilion of the Secretariat of Industry, Commerce and Services (Sics), Secult will bring to the fair’s public a sample of Tocantins culture, through artistic languages ​​such as music, crafts and photography.

As part of Secult’s programming at Agrotins 2024, a team of employees from the secretariat will register artisans to issue the National Artisan Card, an essential document for these professionals to participate in national fairs, such as Fenearte, Fenacce and Salão do Artesanato, and others. events promoted by the Brazilian Crafts Program (PAB) such as workshops, courses, among other opportunities. The emissions contribute to the regularization and development of manual activity, in addition to allowing new professionals to be discovered.

In addition to registration, visitors will be able to check out an exhibition of Tocantins crafts, which will feature pieces made from different raw materials, such as crystal, straw and buriti fiber, wood, golden grass, seeds, among other materials. .

On the 15th, the program will also feature a musical performance by the group Tambores do Tocantins, an initiative that aims to value and contribute to the preservation of the state’s musical culture, working with tradition, while incorporating aspects of contemporary music into it. .

For the Secretary of Culture, Tião Pinheiro, Secult’s presence at Agrotins is an excellent opportunity to promote and enhance the artistic production of Tocantins and another appeal to visit this fair already established in the calendar of events of this nature in the country.
