According to the document, beer bottles, plastic cups and scratched matchsticks were found in the area where the fire possibly started, but this alone is not enough to prove that there was human action in the fire.
Itep collected possible biological material (contact DNA) from the wooden surface of the matchsticks. This material was sent to the Forensic Genetics Laboratory to analyze the feasibility of obtaining a genetic profile with the aim of identifying any suspects who caused the fire. However, until the report was published, the examination had not been completed.
