Integrated action by Amazonastur arrives in Rio Preto da Eva with a focus on strengthening the tourism sector throughout the state

The Government of Amazonas continues to strengthen the tourism sector in the interior of the state. This time, tourist service providers in Rio Preto da Eva (57 kilometers from Manaus) receive an integrated tourist planning action, from Monday to Thursday (06 to 09/05), promoted by the State Tourism Company of Amazonas (Amazonastur), in partnership with municipal and state bodies, for guidance and inspection in establishments in the municipality.

During the action, Amazonastur works to regularize registration in the Register of Tourist Service Providers (Cadastur), of the Ministry of Tourism (Mtur). It also promotes accreditation services at Amazonas To Go and guidance on financing lines +Crédito Amazonas Turismo, in addition to holding the Sustainable Tourism Workshop.

Stronger tourism

The Director of Tourism at Amazonastur, Emmanuelle Pampolha, emphasizes the importance of operating together to prepare tourism service providers in the municipality.

“From the 6th to the 9th of May, Amazonastur, together with the City of Rio Preto da Eva, is carrying out tourism actions within the municipality, providing guidance with partner institutions, talking about health surveillance, about Cadastur, we also take Politur , Fire Department, among others. All this so that we can properly guide service providers, providing security for tourists who visit the municipality”, explains Pampolha.

In addition to accommodation facilities, tourist agencies, transport companies, theme parks, bars and restaurants, among others, are on the list of businesses in the segment that will receive visits from the integrated action.

For the Secretary of Tourism of Rio Preto da Eva, Vanuza Barroncas, the partnership with the Government of Amazonas and other state institutions enhances the ongoing work to boost the sector.

“The presence of the Amazonastur team in the municipality only strengthens local tourism actions, as well as strengthening the legality of the projects. So, for us it is a unique opportunity and we believe that, after integrated action, we will have much more positive results in tourism”, highlights the municipal manager.

The owner of Jungle Spa and Hotel, Nina Laredo took advantage of the action to seek information about credit lines, in addition to her business and praised the service received.

“I came here to find out about a loan that Afeam is releasing to entrepreneurs, and I received all the necessary information. I checked how my business was doing within Amazonastur and received all the answers I needed”, comments the businesswoman.

The operation began on Monday (05/06) and continues until Thursday (05/09), with the partnership of the Amazonas Military Fire Department (CBMAM), Amazonas Military Police, Municipal Secretariats of Administration, Finance and Land (Semaft), Planning, Agroindustry, Commerce and Tourism (Semplactur) and Health Surveillance (Semsa).

Workshop

This Tuesday (07/05), Amazonastur promotes the “Sustainable Tourism Workshop”, which has lectures on the social and economic development of local tourism. In Rio Preto da Eva, the event takes place in the Municipal Chamber Auditorium, located on Rua Gov. Pimenta Bueno, Nº 16, Centro, from 9am to 12pm.

During the workshop there will be lectures and presentations on Amazonastur’s competencies with tourism in the State of Amazonas, the Registry of Individuals and Legal Entities that work in the tourism sector, the Amazonastur +Crédito Turismo Credit Line, in addition to the Brazilian Tourism Map.

Sebrae will also be part of the program presenting about Quality in customer service. The free event is aimed at tourism sector providers who will receive certificates of participation.

Driving Service

In the action in Rio Preto da Eva, Amazonastur also provides mobile assistance to the population for accreditation on the “Amazonas To Go” platform and “+Crédito Amazonas Turismo” financing. The state benefits will also be informed at the Sustainable Tourism Workshop.

Campaigns

With the aim of raising awareness among tourism service providers, Amazonastur also publicizes institutional social campaigns Against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents, prohibition of the use of natural feathers in adornments, handling of wild animals and Alô Turista.
