An accident involving a Polo vehicle, a Hillux pickup truck and a motorcycle left one fatal victim and two others injured on the night of last Saturday, 4, on the AL-101 North highway, near the municipality of São Luís do Quitunde.
According to information from the Fire Department, upon arriving at the scene, the driver of the Polo was found dead. Two other victims were rescued from the wreckage of the truck and taken by Samu to hospital units in the region.
The victim was identified as Sandeivy Wagner dos Santos and worked as a public servant in the city. The São Luís do Quitunde City Council released a note of condolence through its social networks, expressing solidarity with family and friends.
The identities of the other victims have not been disclosed and there is still no information regarding their current state of health.
