The Secretariat of Culture (Secult) is publishing the results of the 2023 Culture Notices and publishing them as the meetings of the judging committees for each notice are completed. They are 433 awards and projects distributed among 14 notices and 46 development lines, aimed at the production, dissemination and promotion of Espírito Santo culture. The notices are carried out with resources from the Culture Fund of the State of Espírito Santo (Funcultura) and involve a record investment of R$16.3 million.
After publication of the results, there is a deadline for legal procedures: appeal, publication of the final result, summons, delivery of documentation, documentation checking, internal referrals and payment.
People who registered projects in the 2023 notices must pay attention to the deadlines. Each notice has a different deadline and Secult always makes legal documentation available (minutes, notices, results, list of registrants) in the notice itself.

The minutes and notices already contain information about the deadlines for submitting documentation, which must be followed strictly. We reiterate that Secult does not send an individual communication to the selected proponents and that documents with irregularities in the incomplete presentation of the requested documentation will not be accepted. When and if there are proponents who lose the right to the prize, substitutes will be called.
Calls for substitutes must also follow the deadlines stipulated in the document published on the Secult website and in the Official State Gazette. When a substitute does not appear, the next one is called. Therefore, it is important that everyone pays attention to the Secult website to ensure the execution of registered projects.
