Suspects of killing driver via app in Bahia have prison converted to preventive

“I knew him since he was little, his family, his aunt, his cousins, the whole crowd. Marquinhos was a very good boy, loved, communicative and playful,” said app driver Marcos André Prado.
Marcos Luís was an only child and leaves two children. A girl and a boy, 9 years old, from different mothers.
