A team from the Military Fire Department of the State of Ceará (CBMCE) rescued a donkey, which had fallen into a well, about five meters deep, in the municipality of Chorozinho – Integrated Security Area 25 (AIS 25) of the State . The action took place on Friday night (03).
Firefighters from the 2nd Search and Rescue Company were called by the Integrated Security Operations Coordination (Ciops) of the Secretariat of Public Security and Social Defense (SSPDS) to rescue a donkey that was inside a well, in the town of Chora Riacho, in the Cidade neighborhood. New.
Arriving at the scene, firefighters used a rescue tripod and a force multiplication system, and removed the animal from the hole about five meters deep. The animal was rescued without apparent injuries and returned to the care of its owner.
Prevention
To avoid incidents of this type, the Military Fire Brigade of the State of Ceará (CBMCE) recommends that the population always cover wells, fence and properly mark these areas, preventing falls of animals and people. Furthermore, it is important to close narrow corridors to prevent animals from becoming trapped in confined spaces.
