The Federal District never stops surprising when it comes to gastronomic news. In recent weeks, the federal capital has gained restaurants that promise to leave Brasília’s mouths watering. The menu, in turn, is very diverse, with traditional Brazilian food and even different “sandubas”.

Chaco Bar and Brasa
Led by chef Marco Espinoza, Chaco Bar e Brasa specializes in meat. The menu features selected cuts, such as ancho steak, chorizo, filet mignon, picanha and octopus, which can be accompanied by spinach puree, biro biro rice or truffled mushroom risotto, among other alternatives.
There are also starters and snacks, such as smoked mushroom mix, meat tartare with fries, garlic bread with truffle honey and duck croquettes with truffle aioli and vinaigrette. For dessert, red fruit petit gateau with white chocolate ice cream and crepe with dulce de leche are some of the options. The house is in Venâncio Shopping.
Clementine
The Clementina restaurant promises to bring the essence of root food in each dish. Led by chef Bilt Lima, the restaurant offers a variety of meats and barbecues, which are made outside the restaurant — all in full view of customers.
The establishment opened its doors this Thursday (2/5) and presented, in a soft opening, the main dishes on the menu. Options include grilled chicken thighs, pork belly, lamb, pork ribs and various side dishes.
Bottega Mia
Bottega Mia, located at 405 Sul, has a diverse menu that includes bakery, salumeria, breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour and sandwiches, with vegetarian and vegan options. It is worth mentioning that everything is handcrafted in the restaurant to guarantee the quality of the products.
Anyone who wants to drink a glass of wine can enjoy different refined labels. Desserts include traditional cannoli, tiramisu and Belgian chocolate pie, among others. The house opened its doors on April 24th. Check out more information on its official Instagram.
Sanduberia Plate
Working on soft opening Starting this Thursday (2/5), Chapa Sanduberia, at 506 Norte, is the ideal place to eat different snacks. Among the options, the Camarami (R$47) stands out, which features crispy shrimp, pastrami, aioli and chives on brioche bread.
If you prefer, there are “sadubas” with shredded rib, such as Desfiadinha (R$41), grilled boneless thighs, such as Frangos Chapas (R$38), and roasted tomato with eggplant paste, ricotta cream and arugula on rustic baguette , called Vagaveggie (R$ 33).
Boteco Caju Limão
Boteco Caju Limão has everything a good bar requires: freshly fried snacks, cold beer and classic and signature drinks. Located in the old Armazém do Ferreira spot, at 202 Norte, the establishment has an outdoor space for customers to drink draft beer served in a tulip or frozen mug.
The menu of typical bar snacks is designed by chef Babi Frazão, former MasterChef with extensive experience in restaurants around the world.
The new point also features a drinks menu created by mixologist Bruno Machado, including the flagship drink that gave the bar its name: the Caju Limão caipi.
Brasilia Winery
Brasília has gained a new venture ideal for wine lovers: Vinícola Brasília.
Opened on the weekend of the federal capital’s anniversary, the site has a winemaking capacity (process of transforming grapes into wine) of 400 thousand liters per year.
