The weekend’s cultural agenda includes a theater show, a June festival and a pagoda show in Amazonas. O g1 brought together the events taking place this Friday (3), Saturday (4) and Sunday (5). Check it out below.

  • Star Wars: Stories of the Empire

The project tells the story of two warriors from different sides of the force in six episodes. The work premieres on Disney+ on May 4th.

The film is a comedy that tells the story of a stuntman who returns to action when a movie star goes missing. The project is now in theaters.

For those of you who like Star Wars, g1 recommends the 7th edition of Star Wars Week at Icbeu Manaus. The screening begins, this Friday (3), from 5:15 pm, with the episode “the phantom threat”, which turns 25 this year.

If you like comics, this Friday there is also an exhibition at Galeria do Largo, in the historic center of Manaus. The works are by artists from Amapá, Tocantins and Amazonas. The exhibition starts at 3pm.

For Saturday (4) there is no other: there will be a geek universe at the Provincial Palace, starting at 9 am. The event will even have a Kpop competition.

The Pump BBQ festival takes place this Saturday, starting at 12pm. There will be six hours of food and eight hours of free drinks, at Universidade Nilton Lins, Avenida Prof. Nilton Lins, in the Flores neighborhood.

Between the 1st and 5th of May, there is a festival in Largo de São Sebastião, in the historic center of Manaus, with square dancing, ciranda and traditional dancing. The event starts at 7pm.

Fun is guaranteed at Zoo Parque at Shopping Ponta Negra. Enjoy 30 minutes of pure fun. Don’t waste time, take the kids to the events square on the L1 floor, starting at 10am.
