The Brazilian Bar Association – Amazonas Section (OAB-AM), through the Civil Defense Commission, expresses its solidarity with the countless victims of the heavy rains that hit Rio Grande do Sul and, in particular, with the families bereaved by the death of your loved ones.
Rio Grande do Sul is facing a serious crisis due to geohydrological events, with floods, flooding and landslides affecting several municipalities. People are stranded in several municipalities, floods and storms have caused deaths, illnesses, homelessness and material losses.
OAB-RS and the Rio Grande do Sul Lawyers Assistance Fund are carrying out a campaign to collect donations at the headquarters of the section and OAB Cubo units. See the donation points:

In the face of this calamity, the Amazonas Section, through the Civil Defense Commission, expresses solidarity and wishes that Rio Grande do Sul can resume its normal life and that the population can overcome all the damage caused by this tragedy.
