Rio Branco City Hall, through the Municipal Civil Defense Coordination (COMDEC), gathered the press, this Friday morning (3), to announce the release of emergency FGTS withdrawals for those families who were affected by the floods in Rio Acre and flooding of the streams that cut through the capital of Acre.
According to COMDEC, any request can be made through online, just download the emergency FGTS application on your cell phone and fill in all the data and make the request.
“Here to guide those people who have already downloaded the application, who made the request and it was positive, who have the balance and who are entitled, who are within the time limit to make the request.”, explained José Glacio, coordinator of the municipality’s Civil Defense.
“The application is 100% online, it can be downloaded from the Play Store or another application, you can access it at home, you already approve it, because there are people who will have the money, the fund, but will not be able to withdraw it, The one that will justify it is the box, we at Civil Defense, it is a case of proving that it is in the area that was affected.”, he added.
The municipal Civil Defense also warned that those who received the benefit less than a year ago, those whose property was not affected by flooding and those who do not have a balance in their FGTS account will not be entitled to the benefit.
The request can be made from the 3rd to the 23rd of May. The service will take place during banking hours from 8am to 2pm.
