BNI Mato Grosso reaches R$25 million in business and receives awards in Madrid and SP

Reaching the R$25 million mark in the last two years, the BNI business organization continues to make great strides in Mato Grosso. As a result of the recognition, the executive director of BNI in the State, Mário Quirino, received in Madrid, Spain, and in São Paulo (SP), the award for the greatest growth in launching teams in Brazil.

Mário says that, despite receiving the award unexpectedly, he believes that Mato Grosso has the potential for much more. “The first group in the state, Essencial, received the award in Madrid in November for the numbers achieved through its members. It was an immense honor to be part of this historic projection”, he celebrates.

Quirino spoke to more than 1000 businesspeople at a conference in São Paulo to talk about the numbers and growth of the organization in Mato Grosso. He says that his own headquarters was fundamental in this process. “BNI in Mato Grosso had to invest in its own headquarters to meet the groups’ demands. Currently, in our building the coliseum group operates on Tuesday morning, the Essential group on Wednesday morning, Dakar on Thursday morning and Million on Friday morning. From May onwards we will have the Black Diamond group, which is the first group at night, and in June the Alquimia group, which will be the first lunchtime group in the State”, he said.

The forecast is that the six groups will receive more than 5000 businesspeople at the new headquarters by the end of the year. BNI Mato Grosso expects to transact more than 50 million in business by December. Currently, BNI has groups in Sinop and Sorriso.

In Brazil, in the last 12 months, BNI handled more than R$2 billion in business between members. Across the country there are 311 teams and 11,500 members. Worldwide there are 324,000 members and $23.5 billion dollars moved among members in the last twelve months.
