Standing out game after game, the athletes from Associação Sorriso de Basquetebol (ASB) now head to the 3rd stage of the Mato Grosso 3×3 Basketball Circuit, which will be held on May 4th and 5th, in Campo Novo do Parecis. Until the grand final, the competition has one more stage of games, to accumulate points in the classification table.
Organized by the Mato Grosso Basketball Federation, the event is held in five stages, including the final. At this stage, representatives from Sorriso participate with six teams, four from the adult category and two from the Under-18 category, with a total of 24 athletes.

ASB athletes have the support of the City Hall, through the Department of Sports and Leisure (Semel).
“We would like to highlight this unconditional support given by the City Hall, through the Department of Sports, which has been fundamental in the appreciation and continuation of basketball in our Municipality”, emphasizes athlete Estela Lemke.
The winning team of the five stages of the Mato Grosso Basketball Circuit will guarantee a place in the Brazilian 3×3, Central-West stage, of the sport.
