Yamaha arrives in Campo Grande/MS looking for good results in the Brazilian Motocross Championship

The emotions of the third stage of the Brazilian Motocross Championship have a date set, it will be next weekend (4th and 5th April), in Campo Grande/MS. The race will be held at Parque Jacques da Luz – Moreninha, in an event open to the public, with free entry.

The Yamaha Monster Energy Geração team arrives in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul ready to repeat the previous year’s feat, when it won in the two main categories, MX1 and MX2. More than that, in MX1 he secured a double, with Fábio Santos in first and Paulo Alberto in second. In MX2, it was Guilherme Bresolin. At the time, Yamaha left Campo Grande leading both categories and with an open path to winning the titles, which were confirmed at the end of the championship.

MX1 Category

In the MX1 category, Paulo Alberto won the opening round and Fábio Santos was the best in the second round. In the championship standings, São Paulo native Fábio Santos is in second place, just 7 points behind the leader. Tied in number of points with his teammate, Paulo Alberto is third in the championship. Facing problems in the first stages, Gabriel Andrigo arrives in Campo Grande willing to obtain a good result and climb the rankings – he occupies 14th position in the table. The three accelerate the Yamaha YZ450F.

MX2 category

In the MX2 category, riders Marcello Leodorico and Guilherme Bresolin arrive prepared to achieve good results, after also facing problems in the first two rounds. Brazilian Supercross Champion 2024, Marcello Leodorico occupies 4th place in the championship. Current Brazilian Motocross Champion, Bresolin is 7th in the standings.
