According to reports on social media, the trio was selling drugs on the railway line, when rival criminals from Cidade Alta, also in the North Zone, linked to the Third Pure Command (TCP), allegedly shot at them. The Fire Department was called at 6:39 pm to Rua Nicaragua, close to Beco do Oliveira, where they found the teenager already dead. André was taken in serious condition by the military to the Getúlio Vargas State Hospital, in Penha, but he also died.

So far, there is no information about the identification or to which health unit the third person shot was taken. When contacted, the Military Police only reported that teams from the 16th BPM (Olaria) went to the train station, where one person died and two other injured people were rescued by firefighters. The case is investigated by the Capital Homicide Police Station (DHC), which carried out forensic examinations. “Agents carry out investigations to determine the authorship and motivation of the crime”, added the Civil Police, in a statement.
