The 1st Chamber for Administrative Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPRAC), of the State Attorney General’s Office (PGE-AM), celebrates the milestone of three thousand agreements signed. The milestone comes exactly two years after the conciliation chamber’s work actually began.

Created with the purpose of promoting the self-composition of administrative or judicial controversies involving the State, relating to public servants, civil or military, active or inactive and their respective dependents, the 1st CPRAC celebrated, in April 2024, its number three agreement thousand.

“It is a symbolic and emblematic number, which says a lot in relation to the strategic, innovative and committed to citizen management, adopted by the Attorney General of the State of Amazonas”, says the coordinator of the 1st CPRAC, attorney Élida de Lima Reis Correa.

The implementation of the work of the 1st CPRAC is one of the pillars of the unprecedented strategic planning launched by PGE-AM, in 2022, with the objective of optimizing solutions for mass demands.

Created through decree nº 44,796/2021, the 1st CPRAC was installed in March 2022, through ordinance nº 19/2022, starting to celebrate its first agreements in the following month.
