The Court of Justice of Amazonas (TJAM) approved, this Tuesday (30), a resolution that eliminates the position of bailiff from the court’s staff. The decision goes to the Amazonas Legislative Assembly (Aleam) for approval.
According to the resolution, other employees of the body and even commissioners, that is, those who joined the court without a competition, will be able to perform the role of bailiff and give evidence to public documents.
“The position of Judicial Analyst – Judicial Officer and Judicial Analyst – Evaluating Judicial Officer will be eliminated. […] Resolution of the Court of Justice will regulate the gradual extinction of the positions of Justice Officers and Assessing Justice Officers, whose duties will also be performed by permanent and commissioned employees of the Court of Justice”, says the resolution.
As a result, in the event of a competition, the court will no longer offer the vacancy of Judicial Analyst – Judicial Officer and Judicial Analyst – Evaluating Judicial Officer.
Voting began last week and concluded this Tuesday (30). Judge Elci Simões still tried to open a difference in the vote and asked for a review. However, he was informed by the president of the court, judge Nélia Caminha, that he himself had voted in favor of the matter and that the vote had already been completed.
“Discussed in the last session and signed by those present in agreement, then approved by a majority”, said judge Nélia Caminha.
O g1 contacted TJAM to find out about the relocation of these servers and the number of servers extinguished with this resolution, and awaits the position.
