With appointments and removals, MS Civil Police has changes in the administrative structure

Published in the Official Gazette of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul this Tuesday (30), the document brings changes to the administrative structure of the Civil Police of Mato Grosso do Sul.

The general delegate, Lupérsio Degerone Lucio, justifies the changes as necessary to align the staff with the institution’s current requirements, with the aim of always ensuring the public interest. The administrative reform includes the “ex-officio” removal of several civil servants, based on item I, article 85, of Complementary Law nº 114/2005 and its respective modifications.

For the position of deputy general delegate, delegate Márcio Rogério Faria Custódio, previously the institution’s ombudsman, was appointed. Delegate Rôzeman Geise Rodrigues de Paula, former deputy general delegate, will take over the direction of the Civil Police Academy (Acadepol).

The relocation also includes other directors who will assume new roles, including:

Devair Aparecido Francisco, moving from the Civil Police Academy/MS to the Police Intelligence Department/MS.
Edilson dos Santos Silva, from the Specialized Police Department/MS to the Capital Police Department/MS.
