The State Secretary of Education, Alan Porto, presented, yesterday, the 10-Year Education Plan during the ‘International Management for Learning Seminar’ in Madrid, Spain. The plan aims to position the state education network among the five best in Brazil by 2032. The event, which takes place at the headquarters of the Organization of Ibero-American States, runs until next Friday, and is attended by specialists in education in Brazil and Spain.
“I presented the 30 policies of the 10 Year Education Plan, with emphasis on the learning management and innovation system adopted in our network. We draw a lot of attention to the evidence we have. We also discussed Alfabetiza MT, Avalia MT, actions that made it possible from 2023 onwards to pay the 14th and even 15th salary through Result Bonus and other initiatives that are benefiting those at the top, who are our students” , said the secretary.
“We have innovations such as the implementation of educational robotics, Smart TVs, Chromebooks for students and chips with mobile internet, in addition to broadband internet in schools. We also participate in discussions on topics that determine school performance, such as capacity and motivation at school, teacher appreciation and training, leadership at school, evaluation system and collaboration regime, in addition to the effects caused on learning by the Covid-19 pandemic”, he added.
According to Alan Porto, the objective was to present good practices in education and also count on the collaboration of everyone involved in educational training, technology transfer, specialized technical advice and the dissemination of culture, among other axes and activities of mutual interest. of public education.
At this meeting, in addition to presenting the efficient educational strategies implemented in Brazilian states, the delegation will learn about the latest international educational initiatives and programs carried out by OEI in Latin America. The debates continue with a series of meetings, colloquiums and discussion spaces with various organizations and institutions.
In addition to all the Education Secretaries from the 26 states and the Federal District – representing the National Council of Education Secretaries (Consed), the Brazilian delegation also includes the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Education and other authorities in the sector.
