Next Sunday (5), the Unified Competition will be held, the biggest competition ever held in the country. In the morning, candidates will take the objective general knowledge test and the essay. In the afternoon, it will be time for specific knowledge tests for higher-level positions and a new round of general knowledge for mid-level positions. The gates to the test sites will open at 7:30 am and 1 pm, respectively.

And what to do in the last days before the exams? Study more? Rest? There is no standard formula, but the teacher Jorge Alonsospecialist in preparatory courses for public exams, gives some tips for candidates.

What the candidate can or cannot take on the day of the test

You can take it:

– Registration confirmation card, which can be printed on the Candidate Page.

– Original identity document with photo. Copies will not be accepted – even if authenticated. In the case of digital documents, the candidate must access the application at the time of identification, at the entrance to the room. The application must be downloaded to your cell phone in advance and can be accessed even without internet.

– Black pen made of transparent material. It is recommended to take more than one pen.

– You can take food in sealed packaging and transparent water bottles.

CANNOT take:

– Watch of any kind, sunglasses, hat, cap, beanie and ear protectors.

– Envelopes will be provided for candidates who need to store items, such as cell phones. The device and any alarms must be turned off during the entire test. Candidates will only be able to open the envelope with their belongings and turn on their cell phone after completing the test and when they are already outside the exam location.

– The use of electronic devices is not permitted. The candidate will be eliminated if, during the tests, the candidate is found to be carrying and/or using sound, phonographic, communication or recording devices, whether electronic or not, such as: electronic diaries, recorders, pendrives, mp3 players, headphones. ears, keys with an alarm or any other electronic component, watches of any kind, cell phones and portable microcomputers.

– Candidates will not be able to take their test booklet at the end of the competition – in any of the shifts.
