The State Secretariat for Culture and Creative Economy (Secult), published, in today’s Official Gazette of Alagoas (DOE) (30), the final results of the analysis of the merits of notices nº 30, 31, 32, 33, 35 and 36 The result of notice no. 34 will be published in today’s Diário supplement.
The notices went through a period of analysis by the Selection Committee, defined by Ordinance No. 212/2023, which thoroughly evaluated each project according to the terms proposed by the notices of the Paulo Gustavo Law. All contests are part of the audiovisual segment and those selected must now keep an eye on the following dates on the schedule.
The qualification process for the notices is scheduled to take place between May 2nd and 10th, 2024, followed by the qualification analysis, from May 13th to 27th. The preliminary result of the qualification stage will be released on May 29th, with a subsequent period for filing appeals from May 31st to June 7th, 2024. The analysis of the qualification appeals will take place between June 10th and 19th, with the result The end of this analysis scheduled for June 21st. The approval of the definitive final result is scheduled for June 26, 2024, followed by the signing of the Execution Term, which will take place from July 1 to 10, 2024, and the payment period, which runs from July 15 to 31, 2024 .
The Secretary of State for Culture and Creative Economy, Mellina Freitas, celebrated LPG’s advances in Alagoas. “The completion of another stage of the Law represents the government’s commitment to culture and the creative economy, demonstrating transparency and responsibility in the management of resources allocated to cultural projects”, stated the department manager.
