Businesswoman from Varginha opens first GoldKo coffee shop in Minas

Businesswoman Juliana Rainato Brito Paiva opened the first GoldKo coffee shop in Minas Gerais. It is a collaboration with the company, which has a factory in Varginha. Until then, the store was only found in shopping centers in São Paulo, Florianópolis and Londrina, as well as street stores in SP.

The first café was launched at Shopping Eldorado, in the capital of São Paulo. The Varginha unit is located in the recently opened Seattle Corporate Tower, in Vila Pinto. It is at the entrance to Aura Beauty Spa, another of Juliana’s ventures.

The coffee shop

It only sells its own, top quality coffees. I tried the Cappuccino Chocolatudo, full-bodied, full of chocolate at the bottom and just right: no sugar. As the proposal is to harmonize chocolate and coffee, it comes with a cat’s tongue (properly ‘stolen’ by the wife).

My daughter ordered a delicious cold chocolate shake. No coffee.

Then the two went to the Spa. I continued to the cafeteria. What There’s happy hour every Thursday and Friday until 9pm! Cold beer, sparkling wine, wine (glass or bottle), and snacks.

The atmosphere is pleasant, well decorated and it was a beautiful balcony: a comfortable space, with wifi, battery charger and cold beer, while the wife fixes her locks.

After having a wine or a beer, enjoy and have dessert. Suggestion from the blog’s chubby guy: Musa (sugar-free version of Nhá Benta). And marshmallows to eat with a spoon. Oh, there’s also a cat’s tongue (Déli), to use like a spoon, hehehe.

Kopenhagen

The GoldKo brand belongs to the Kopenhagen family, creators of the traditional Brazilian chocolate brand. Patriarch Paulo Goldfinger (hence the gold of GoldKo) sold Kopenhagen in 1996.

Children Gregory and Chantal Goldfinger (below, with Breno Paiva and Juliana Brito Paiva) created the new brand, without sugar. Which has a factory in Varginha in the Citlog of Porto Seco do Sul de Minas.
