To meet the demand for a specialist doctor, the State Department of Health (SES-TO) published in the Official State Gazette (DOE-TO), on Thursday, 25th, Ordinance No. 192, which provides for the public call for doctors for temporary contract. The vacancies are intended for doctors specializing in pediatric surgery to work at the General Hospital of Palmas (HGP).
“We are opening this call to supply the unit’s pediatric schedules, expanding services, so that the population is served in a timely manner and with the necessary assessment of their clinical condition”, stated the Secretary of State for Health, Carlos Felinto, adding that “in addition to immediate hiring, Pasta seeks to create a database of these professionals”.
According to the Ordinance, hiring follows the criteria of Law No. 3,422, of March 8, 2019. Professionals will be entitled to receive compensation for unhealthy conditions, which can be 8,10 or 12% and additional night shifts in accordance with the rules established in the current legislation.
