Bonito receives a delegation from Parauapebas/PA to exchange experiences in tourism management – Bonito City Hall

The Secretariat of Tourism and Economic Development of Bonito, represented by secretary Juliana Salvadori, received this Tuesday (23), a delegation from Parauapebas, Pará, on a visit to learn about the municipality’s tourism management system. The meeting marked a significant moment of sharing experiences and learning between the two locations.

During the visit, representatives from Parauapebas had the opportunity to learn more about the practices and strategies adopted by Bonito to promote tourism and boost the local economy. Programs, projects and initiatives were presented that contributed to solidifying Bonito as a nationally and internationally renowned tourist destination.

The occasion was also attended by the Secretary of the Environment, Thyago Sabino, who presented the environmental policies implemented in Bonito. These policies reflect the municipality’s commitment to environmental preservation and sustainable development, contributing to the maintenance of natural beauty and its natural resources.

The exchange of experiences between Bonito and Parauapebas strengthens ties between the cities and demonstrates the mutual commitment to seeking development through responsible tourism and the appreciation of the natural and cultural resources of each region. This sharing of knowledge is essential for the continuous improvement of tourism management policies and practices in both municipalities.
