Restaurant promotes night with Chilean wines and complete dinner, with starter, main course and dessert
On 04/04 (Thursday), at 8pm, the Ticiana Werner Restaurant & Wine Bar There will be a Chilean wine tasting and a complete dinner, with starter, main course and dessert, for 220 reais per person. The event has the support of the importer Del Maipo.
The event will be attended by Cristobal Toral: Exporter Viña Casa Donoso & Founder Toral Wines and Nicolás Montero: General Manager Viña Casa Donoso
The wines will be from Viña Casa Donoso, a selection of incredible labels! Group Estate Chardonnay, Donoso Buttery Chardonnay, Bourbon Barrel Aged Blend Cabernet/ Merlot/ Carménère, Clos Centenaire Premium Blend Cabernet/ Merlot/ Carménère, 1810 Super Premium Blend Cabernet/ Carménère.
Chef Ticiana created a delicious menu for pairing. For starters, the house cover, which can be served as much as you like – seasoned ricotta paste, sun-dried tomato paste, seasoned olives and eggplant caviar accompanied by bread and toast.
For the main course, three options to choose from: caprese risotto (arboreal rice, mutti Italian tomato, basil and buffalo straciatella); black casaecce and shrimp (artisan pasta made in-house with squid ink in a parmesan and shrimp sauce sprinkled with bottarga and Sicilian lemon; or the filet risotto (arboreal rice, chopped filet mignon, white wine, fresh herbs, gorgonzola, parmesan and butter).
To sweeten, the choice is between tiramisù, panna cotta with red fruit coulis or cannoli stuffed with buffalo ricotta, Sicilian lemon and pistachios.
