For the state, the Amazonas Meu Lar program was born, financed by Minha Casa Minha Vida, which guarantees subsidies for the entry of properties. Last Wednesday (27/03), Governor Wilson Lima and the president of Caixa

On March 27, Governor Wilson Lima and the president of Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), Carlos Vieira, formalized the contract that makes one of the program’s main service lines viable. Under this agreement, the State Government undertakes to transfer a total of R$446 million to Caixa until 2027, in order to facilitate resource management and the operationalization of the program.

One of the striking features of Amazonas Meu Lar is its focus on the strategic location of homes. Governor Wilson Lima emphasized the importance of homes being close to essential services, such as pharmacies, supermarkets, health centers and schools, thus ensuring the integration of families into urban life.

Caixa Econômica Federal will play a crucial role as financial agent and operator of the subsidy, facilitating access to financing for families selected by the state program. In addition to federal support, the State Government will supplement the down payment for housing units, making the dream of owning a home a reality for many.

The president of Ademi-AM, Henrique Medina, expressed his satisfaction with the launch of the program, highlighting the crucial role of the real estate industry in the development of quality products. He also thanked the state government and Caixa for their commitment to housing.

“We have enough units to serve the program and I say this with great pride for being able to develop, through our associates, quality products. I thank the State government for this great project and Caixa for everything it does for housing”, highlighted Medina.

The Amazonas Meu Lar program, financed by Minha Casa Minha Vida, represents an important milestone in the search for housing solutions in the state of Amazonas. With significant investment and support from key institutions, such as Caixa Econômica Federal, it is expected that this program will not only provide decent housing.
