Soap opera of concession and duplication of BR-163 in MS continues without progress

Is the duplication of BR-163, in Mato Grosso do Sul, going away or not? This soap opera is taking a long time to have a new chapter. On the contrary, the matter is confidential in Brasília. In October 2023, the TCU (Federal Audit Court) authorized the renegotiation of the contract between ANTT (National Land Transport Agency) and CCR MSVia, which even announced that it no longer wanted the concession. The new contract was even celebrated by authorities as the solution to guarantee investments in the highway, but, so far, nothing!
