State public bodies will have a special operating schedule due to the Good Friday (29th) holiday and also on Thursday (28th), an optional period. The changes, however, do not cover essential services, which cannot be stopped, such as hospitals and police stations.

MUSEUMS – State museums will have a special program during the long holiday. All of them are open from Thursday to Sunday, with the exception of the Expedicionario Museum, which closes on Friday, and the Paranaense Museum, which closes on Sunday. STATE HOSPITALS – Normal service every day.

PUBLIC SECURITY – All Civil Police stations in Paraná serve the population from Thursday to Sunday.

PHARMACIES FROM PARANÁ – All pharmacies in the Health Regions will be closed on March 28th and 29th.

HEMEPAR – Hemepar units will operate normally on Thursday, except for the Irati, Cianorte, Maringá and Cornélio Procópio units, which will be closed for blood collection. On Friday, all units in the chain close. On Saturday, Hemepar in Curitiba, Foz do Iguaçu, Cascavel, Maringá and Londrina will return to normal operation.

LIBRARY – The Public Library of Paraná will be closed throughout the long holiday, from Thursday to Sunday.

CEASA – On Thursday, Ceasa de Londrina will be open from 4am to 10am. The other four plants, in Curitiba, Maringá, Cascavel and Foz do Iguaçu, will have a shift schedule. On Friday, all state units will be closed. On Saturday, the markets return to normal operation. The Central Administration, in Curitiba, is closed from Thursday to Sunday. WORKER AGENCIES – Paraná Worker Agencies and service points will be closed on Thursday and Friday. Public service ends on Wednesday at 5pm and will resume on Monday at 8am.

PROCON-PR – The stations will be closed this Thursday and Friday. Virtual services, however, continue to operate normally on the Procon-PR website and on the consumer.gov.br platform.

DETRAN-PR – There will be no service on the 28th and 29th and activities will resume from Monday (1st). During this period, citizens can count on more than 80 services offered online through the Detran-PR portal and the Detran Inteligente application.

CEIM-PR – The Information Center for Migrants, Refugees and Stateless Persons in Paraná will be closed on March 28th and 29th.

STATE REVENUE – State Revenue offices and agencies are closed on Thursday and Friday. The Citizen Assistance Service (SAC) will operate normally, from 7am to 7pm, on the 28th, via telephones (41) 3200-5009 (Curitiba and Region) and 0800-041-1528 (other locations).

COHAPAR – Cohapar’s headquarters and regional offices close to the public on Thursday and Friday, with activities returning on Monday (01/04). Services for issuing second copies of invoices, registering for housing projects, consulting projects by municipality and requests for issuing deeds continue to be available on the website cohapar.pr.gov.br.

FOMENTO PARANÁ – On Thursday, customer service and the Fomento Paraná partner network will operate on an on-call basis, from 9am to 5pm via WhatsApp (41) 99389215 and also via the Customer Service Center, exclusively by phone ( 41) 3200-5900. There will be no office hours on Friday.

COMMERCIAL BOARD – There is no service on Thursday and Friday.

STATE PARKS – Three parks will be closed for renovation: Pau Oco State Park, in Morretes; Mata dos Godoy, in Londrina; and Ilha das Cobras, in Paranaguá. The other 25 state units are open for visits every day of the holiday, from 8am to 5pm.

COPEL – Copel agencies and service points throughout the State operate normally this Thursday and close this Friday. Addresses and opening times can be found on the Copel website. All services provided in person are also available on the Copel app, by calling 0800 51 00 116 or WhatsApp (41) 3013-8973.

SANEPAR – Customer Relationship Centers normally open on Thursday and close on Friday. Even with the holiday, there will be no change in service provision for water reconnection, water and sewage leaks, water shortages and other emergency services that arise during the holiday period. Service continues 24 hours a day via telephone (0800 200 0115), WhatsApp (41 99544-0115), email ([email protected]) and the website www.sanepar.com.br.

AMEP – On Good Friday, public transport in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba will operate with a Sunday schedule. On Saturday and Sunday (30th and 31st), the times follow the normal schedule.

OMBUDSMAN – The State Ombudsman’s Office, coordinated by the State Comptroller General’s Office (CGE), will not have in-person or telephone services on Thursday and Friday (2 and 3). On these days and during the weekend, it is possible to send requests for information, complaints, suggestions, compliments and complaints via the online form or via WhatsApp, at (41) 3883-4014.

What changes when claims are made during this period is the start of the deadline for responding, which starts from the next business day. Responses to citizens’ requests must be provided within 60 days, while requests for access to information have a deadline of 20 days.
