The State Attorney General’s Office (PGE-AM), through the Escola Superior de Advocacia Pública (ESAP), released, this Monday (25/03), the notice of the X Selection Exam for the Legal Residency Program (PRJ ) of the organ. Registrations can be made from April 22nd to June 3rd, 2024. The complete notice can be accessed on the PGE-AM website, at www.pge.am.gov.br, in the Esap tab.

The selection exam will be held in a single stage, on June 16th, at 8:30 am, at a location to be communicated to candidates on the PGE-AM website. 30 places will be offered, three of which will be for people with disabilities. The rest approved will form a reserve register, observing the order of classification.

The registration fee will be R$ 100. To request the exemption, candidates must submit their request, using a specific form that will also be available on the agency’s website, between April 15th and 19th.

The program has a minimum duration of two years, extendable for another 12 months, when indicated by the supervising attorney. Resident students receive a monthly stipend worth R$2,500.00. The workload related to the activities must be completed in periods of 4:30 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, in one of the working shifts, morning or afternoon, at PGE-AM.

To participate in the Legal Residency Program, the candidate will need to have a bachelor’s degree in Law. Candidates who have not yet completed the undergraduate course will be permitted to register for the selection exam, provided that, when called for admission, they must present proof of completion of the course and respective degree.
