A video circulating on social media shows a couple having sex in a transparent pool at the Praia do Funil inn, in the rural area of Miracema do Tocantins. The act went viral on social media and caught the attention of netizens.
The images show a private pool on the balcony of one of the inn’s apartments. The couple was on the inner edge of the pool, but it is possible to see the practice of the act. The scene even caught the attention of beach visitors, who stopped to observe the performance.
The images reverberated on social networks and netizens took the opportunity to have fun on Twitter: “I don’t go into this funnel pool before cleaning it well,” joked a woman. “It could be us, but I don’t have the money to go down the funnel,” said one man.

Netizens also took the opportunity to remember other episodes of couples having sex in public on Lake Palmas. “Formerly the stage was the lake, now it’s Funil Beach. I’m laughing, but with respect”, said an internet user.

What does the beach administration say?
The direction of the Praia do Funil inn issued a note commenting on the video. The enterprise said that the case will be investigated and will help with the investigations, if necessary. See the note:
Regarding what happened in the video, which circulates on social networks, in which a couple allegedly has sex in the private pool of one of the rooms, the Pousada highlights that it has policies against this type of lewd act and is investigating all the facts and, if the act is characterized as a crime, by law, the couple will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and we will be willing to help with all the information necessary for them to be penalized.
It also highlights that it carries out daily maintenance and cleaning of all rooms and offices, ensuring the hygiene and safety of its customers.
According to the Brazilian penal code, performing an obscene act in a public place, or open or exposed to the public, is a crime with a penalty of imprisonment from three months to one year or a fine.
O g1 asked the Civil Police if the case will be investigated, but there was no response until the publication of this report.
