According to the authors, olive oil works to suppress neuroinflammation through several pathways, which may help prevent Alzheimer’s.

Research results suggest that olive oil, and particularly the phenolic compound oleocanthal (OC), may have a significant impact on reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s.
