Ingredients
- 1 banana peeled and cut into slices;
- 200 ml of skimmed milk;

In a blender, blend all ingredients except honey. Beat everything until you finally get a homogeneous mixture, add the honey and beat again to combine. Serve the drink then and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 100 g of sweet potatoes;
- 200 ml of coconut milk;
- Honey to sweeten;
- Water.
Method of preparation
In a pan, place the potatoes and cover with water. Place over medium heat and cook until soft. After this process, drain the water, wait for it to cool, peel and place in the blender. Add the coconut milk and honey, beating until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Serve and enjoy!
