When the two ingredients are combined, the effects are better, as sage has regenerative properties and stimulates the growth of new hair.

How to use?

Mix 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar and 2 drops of sage essential oil in 300 ml of filtered water. Put it in a spray bottle, and apply it to your hair after washing and conditioning it.

Massage well into the scalp and hair and rinse.

2. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is capable of strengthening and nourishing hair, as it contains lauric acid, capric acid and other essential fatty acids that bind to proteins in the hair.

In this way, this oil protects the hair from breaking, providing thickness, elasticity, softness and shine.

How to use?

If the oil is solid, melt it before applying.

Scalp hydration: Apply to the scalp and massage for a few minutes. Leave it on for 1 hour and then wash your hair normally.

Deep hydration of the hair: Apply about 2 tablespoons over the entire length to the ends, massage and wrap the hair in a cap. Leave it on for half an hour and then wash your hair normally.

Daily hydration: Add a few drops of oil to your conditioner to enhance hydration, or add it to your shampoo if you notice that it dries out your hair.

3. Aloe vera

Aloe vera is important for cleaning the sebum that is deposited in the hair follicles, which helps the hair to grow.

Furthermore, this gel is also capable of regenerating and nourishing the hair, leaving it softer and shinier.

How to use?

Scalp scrub: Mix 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel with a tablespoon of demerara sugar in a container. Divide your hair into two parts and apply the cream all over your scalp, massaging for a few minutes. Place your hair in a cap and let it act for 10 minutes, then wash normally.

Hair hydration: Melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil and add 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel. Once done, beat well and apply to damp hair. Wrap your hair in a cap and leave it for 30 minutes before washing.

Spray to prevent frizz: Mix half a cup of aloe vera gel with half a cup of plain water and place in a spray bottle. Spray on dry hair throughout the day to keep it smooth.
