Among the types of chocolate, dark chocolate stands out as the most beneficial for health, containing a higher concentration of cocoa, which is rich in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and vasodilator flavonoids.

With at least 70% cocoa in its composition, dark chocolate offers a series of essential minerals, such as magnesium, copper, potassium and calcium, which contribute to vascular health and help reduce the risk of hypertension and atherosclerosis.

Furthermore, dark chocolate can improve brain function by increasing blood flow to the brain due to flavonoids, which positively impacts cognitive function, memory and concentration.
