By supporting each other in exercising and adopting a balanced diet, you can increase your quality of life and reduce stress. This collaboration strengthens emotional bonds, promoting trust and complicity. Furthermore, sharing health goals creates an environment of motivation and reciprocal responsibility”, points out the nutritionist.

A couple’s nutritional needs are not always the same. However, you can have some meals together, encouraging each other to eat healthier foods.
