Unidos de Padre Miguel, current champion of the Gold Series, will open on Sunday, March 2nd. Unidos da Tijuca, 11th in the Special Group the previous year, will start the following Monday. Mocidade, 10th in 2024, will open on Tuesday.

The order of the remaining nine schools will be defined in a draw on May 23rd, in Cidade do Samba. They are: Mangueira, Portela, Beija-Flor, Grande Rio, Viradouro, Salgueiro, Paraíso do Tuiuti, Vila Isabel and Imperatriz Leopoldinense.

Within this initiative, we want to enable a reduction in the price of stands, with the aim of making tickets even more affordable. We will also ensure that more people are at the Sambadrome on different days. Gabriel David, new president of Liesa

Other attractions will be announced to ensure that the public remains in the stands until dawn. With the change in the Special Group, the junior parades will move to a new day of the week, which has yet to be chosen. Parade of Champions is held for the following Saturday, March 8th, with the first six placed celebrating the result
