Anitta gives up belongings to help those affected by the rain in RS: ‘Disaster’

Singer Anitta used her social networks this Sunday (5) to announce a solidarity initiative in support of the victims of the floods that devastated the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The artist highlighted the urgency of the situation and called on her followers to unite in support of the affected by the natural disaster.

“Guys, Rio Grande do Sul, as you know, is going through one of the biggest climate catastrophes and needs our help. I am making one of my trucks available so that, together with CUFA, [Central Única das Favelas] and with you watching this video, we can help the people who were victims of this environmental disaster”, he declared.

In addition to offering transport for donations, the singer encouraged residents of Rio de Janeiro to contribute essential materials that can be delivered to CUFA’s headquarters in Madureira. “Those who are in Rio can donate cleaning materials, personal hygiene, clothes, shoes, blankets, non-perishable food, mineral water at the CUFA headquarters in Madureiram in Rio and those who are not there, just access the link here on the screen”, highlighted.

Celebrities come together to help RS

Fabiana Justus, Whindersson Nunes, Luísa Sonza, Gustavo Tubarão, Gracyanne Barbosa and Matteus are some of the celebrities asking for support to help those affected by the rain in Rio Grande do Sul (RS).
