Camila Moura’s lawyer reveals details about the division of assets in the separation from Lucas Buda

Internet users began to speculate whether Camila’s income would have to be shared with her ex-husband.

The teacher’s lawyer, the ex-BBB Adélia Soaresspoke about the topic and revealed that there will, indeed, be a division of income acquired from advertising, since the two are married with partial community of assets.

In an interview with the Rio newspaper O Globo, Adélia clarified that the capoeirista is entitled to receive half of what Camila accumulated after her fame.

“This regime imposes that all assets acquired during the union must be understood as belonging to both parties. Regardless of who actually won, it is understood to be a common effort”, she declared.

The lawyer also highlighted that Camila has already filed for divorce. The measure, according to her, should be considered by the courts, and Camila will no longer have to share the income.

“However, in their case, considering that the divorce action is already underway, from now on the assets will not be communicated, neither what they will earn nor what they will achieve”, highlighted the lawyer.

The divorce can only be made official after Lucas Buda leaves confinement.

Lucas and Camila had been together for almost 16 years, 9 years of marriage.
