Amazon records 94 infected in one week

Manaus/AM – In a period of one week, Amazonas registered 94 people infected with the Covid-19 virus. The data was updated by the Amazonas Health Surveillance Foundation (FVS).

The weekly epidemiological situation of Covid-19, referring to the period from March 17 to 23, 2024, records the diagnosis of 94 new records, totaling 641,988 cases of the disease. There has been no record of death from the disease in the last seven days, with 14,493 records of new deaths from the disease remaining.

According to partial data from the National Immunization Program, 10,021,012 doses were administered across the state as of this Wednesday (27/03), of which 3,509,240 were the first dose, 3,018,406 were the second dose, 946,975 were the third dose, 64,157 with a single dose, 1,469,355 with a 1st booster dose, 327,969 with a 2nd booster dose, 14,399 with a 3rd booster dose, 25,303 with an additional dose for those immunosuppressed and 645,208 doses of bivalent vaccine.
