Matheus Freire decided to open a criminal complaint and a compensation claim against Erika Schneider. The information was revealed exclusively to the Fábia Oliveira column.
The decision came after images of an argument between the influencer and Rico Melquíades became popular on social media this week. In them, the former Faustão dancer said that Matheus, who is dating Rico, was self-interested and only thought about the influencer’s money. The videos were shared in Emily Garcia and Carlinhos Maia’s stories.
In a note sent to the column, Matheus Freire’s defense informed that Erika made verbal statements against the boy that harmed his image.
“The allegations include details about actions committed by the public figure, which we consider illegal, harmful, etc. We are preparing the necessary documentation to begin legal proceedings and will seek justice in this case”, says part of the note.
Also according to the text, crimes against honor will be duly investigated in the judicial process, both in the criminal and civil spheres.
