In an interview with “Globo Esporte”, Milton Neves, 72 years old, said that during his lifetime he passed on his entire fortune to his three sons, Rafael, Fábio and Milton. Including the mansion he lives in in Alphaville, Greater São Paulo. The property, valued at R$80 million, had already aroused interest from buyers, but the sports announcer denied the sale, as a way of preserving the memory of his wife, Lenice, who died in 2020.

The presenter, who revealed that he is suffering from depression, lives in the company of a caregiver and some employees. The property has already been shown in TV reports. It is approximately 5,000 m², a height equivalent to seven floors, and an impressive swimming pool.

Passionate about wines, the wine cellar also attracts attention. There is also a football court and a squash court. Works of art also make up the environments, as well as many family photos. The rooms are large, but Milton says he usually receives few visitors. The most used space ends up being the dining room, for family lunches.
In addition to his successful career as a sports announcer, Milton Neves made a fortune by becoming the face of several brands. The money made him invest in real estate. He bought properties throughout his life in different cities in Brazil and the United States.
“Everything I have today is absurd that I never imagined. In fact, I don’t have anything else, right? I passed everything on to my children during my lifetime. They were scared, they didn’t really know. I always believed in real estate. So, the more I made money, bought property, everything on the fly, no hassle of researching. And 90% I got it right, there is a lot of property there in Guaxupé, Monte Belo, Muzambinho, New York, Miami and here in São Paulo, wow, in São Paulo. São Paulo, in the Jardins region, where the Jovem Pan building is located, where I have an office. Putting everything together, I think I also have two floors. The property will always stay there. It’s all my children’s property”, he told “Globo Esporte”.
