It seems that Madonna really enjoyed her time in Brazil. The 65-year-old pop diva is no longer in Brazilian lands, but she left a message written by herself in the Golden Book of the Belmond Copacabana Palace, the hotel where she stayed in Rio de Janeiro.

“I love you, Rio! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my children. The view of the sea is magnificent! With love, Madonna”, wrote the singer in the book. The artist’s message was released this Monday (6) by the hotel, which also showed that it had placed a painting of the singer on a wall in the hotel.

“Here is the home of great personalities and moments that marked an era. At the Copa, we celebrate the brightest stars, immortalizing their passages in our hall of fame and recording their stories in our Golden Book”, says the caption of the publication.​

Madonna chose Copacabana Beach to end the The Celebration Tour, a tour in which he celebrated his 40-year career. In a historic and free show, the queen of pop sang her biggest hits to an audience of 1.6 million people and made Brazilians happy by sharing the stage with Anita It is Pablo Vittar. The presentation attracted tourists and generated an average of R$300 million in the economy.
