The Court of Justice of São Paulo determined, this Wednesday (27), that Ana Hickmann and Alexandre Correa are prohibited from displaying the image of their son, Alezinho, related to the lawsuit arising from domestic violence brought by the presenter. The decision came after a video published by Alexandre on his social networks.
In the post in question, the nine-year-old boy denies that his father attacked his mother. “There was no aggression whatsoever. I was present for the entire fight. I didn’t see any aggression. The people who believed it are wrong. I have proven that this is a lie. I was there on the day of the fight”said the boy.
Ana then requested the measure from the Court with the aim of protecting the minor and herself. The judge responsible for the case, Andrea Ribeiro Borges, agreed with the request, in view of the exposure of the child’s image in the media. “Ana Hickmann continues to protect her son from unnecessary exposure and maintains the same behavior in respect for justice and the preservation of the minor”explained the presenter’s advisor.
If they fail to comply with the decision, both will be violating the so-called “rights of the child”. This way, they will have 48 hours to remove the content from the web. Alexandre was also prevented from publishing, exposing or sharing photos, comments or documents related to Ana. No facts or documents relating to the case can be disclosed by the ex-couple to avoid turbulence in the process, which is being kept secret.

On social media, Alexandre published a video in which he showed his own son, Alezinho, saying that “there was no aggression” against Ana. The video had a lot of repercussion and raised alerts from internet users, who accused Correa of “parental alienation”. It is worth remembering that the businessman went to court against Hickmann for the same reason, claiming that the presenter had prevented him from visiting his son. At the time, Hickmann’s defense denied any impediment and declared that Alezinho’s vacation period with his father had been agreed between lawyers on both sides.

After the repercussion, Hickmann expressed himself in a note to the hugogloss.com. “Defendant for domestic violence and violating the Child and Adolescent Statute, Alexandre Correa once again exposes his 10-year-old son in a vexatious and coercive condition on a social network. In search of manipulating the episode of aggression and harming Ana Hickmann, who was morally, physically and financially attacked by him; Alexandre subjects the child to constant public humiliation. The presenter continues to protect and spare her son from having access to the embarrassing content to which he is subjected and regrets the way in which Alexandre Correa uses and manipulates the child for his own benefit”, highlighted the team.
The team also refuted the version that the ex-couple’s son was present at the time of the violence against his mother. “It is also important to mention that Alezinho was not there at the time of the physical attack. This was said by Ana and Alexandre himself in interviews. During the argument, he was removed from the kitchen by employees,” concluded.
