Banco do Brasil (BBAS3)

Banco do Brasil (BBAS3) approved the distribution of R$ 940,587,022.62 as remuneration to shareholders in the form of dividends and R$ 1,673,348,484.70 in the form of Interest on Equity (JCP), both relating to the first quarter of 2024. The value per share of the dividends is R$0.16478568141. The value per JCP share is R$0.29316146583.

The amounts will be paid on 06/21/2024, based on the shareholding position of 06/11/2024, with the shares being traded “ex” from 06/12/2024.

Taesa (TAEE11)

Taesa’s Board of Directors (TAEE4, TAEE11) in a meeting held on Wednesday, 8th, approved the distribution of earnings, based on the interim financial statements prepared on March 31, 2024, in the amount of R$ 144,893,174 .22, as interest on equity (JCP). Interest on equity per TAEE3/TAEE4 share is R$0.14019703331. Interest on equity per TAEE11 unit is R$0.42059109993.

Payment of the JCP will occur on June 27, 2024, based on the shareholding position on May 13, 2024. From May 14, 2024, the shares and units will be traded “ex-JCP” on the B3.

Ecorodovias (ECOR3)

The board of directors of Ecorodovias (ECOR3) decided to pay dividends for the 2023 fiscal year in the amount of R$ 135,271,536.39. This value corresponds to R$0.19446148469 per common share. Shareholders holding shares at the end of May 13, 2024 will be entitled to dividends, and from May 14, 2024, the shares will be traded “ex-dividends”. Payment will be made from July 29, 2024.

Lavvi (LAVV3)
